You can change how the results are displayed in the Reviewer Results pane by selecting an option for viewing results. There are four ways to show results that are tailored to the different types stored in the Reviewer workspace.

Displays all feature and object class results and relevant fields
Displays only Sampling results and relevant fields
Displays only Metadata results and relevant fields
Sessions that are newly added to the project will default to the All Results view when opened. To change the view, click the Menu button on the Reviewer Results pane and choose a different view.
The All Results view shows all the results in a Reviewer session, regardless of the check. This is the default view used to display the results when a session is opened. Each row displays the status, ObjectID, source feature class, check title, and severity. When a row is expanded in this view, you can view feature details, such as the subtype. You can also view error details, such as the check that generated the result, the description, and which user ran the check and when.
The Feature Results view shows the results from geometry and table checks. You can see information such as the check type and the correction status for a given record. You can use this information to find out when errors in a specific area have been corrected.
The Sampling Results view only shows results from the Sampling check. You can see the title of the Sampling check run on the data as well as the correction status. Sorting by source feature class and by sample title allow you to quickly see the current status of records generated for a specific feature class in a sample set.
The Metadata Results view only shows the results from the Metadata check. You can see the names of the elements that have been returned as results, the source feature class, and the current correction status information.
