Line feature

The Line feature builder generates a primary line feature at a specified offset from the left or right side of line geometry you sketch in a map.

This builder is only available to primary feature templates that create line features when a group template is configured with the following settings:

• The primary template creates line features.
• The group template toolset on the Tools side tab is set to Line tools.

Parameters

Parameters for Line feature

Parameter	Explanation	Setting type
Offset to the side of the line	Specifies the side and offset distance from the primary line geometry where the new line feature is created. None—Create the line feature with an offset equal to zero. This is the default setting. Left—Create the line feature on the left side of the line geometry at the specified offset. Right—Create the line feature on the right side of the line geometry at the specified offset.	Optional
