You are sharing a web tile layer that is being cached locally. Based on the estimated cache size, the temporary cache will be larger than the available disk space. Exceeding the available disk space may result in an incomplete tile package and can have adverse affects on the overall performance of your computer.
Solutions
- Change the Temp cache location to another directory that has enough disk space.
- Reduce the number of Levels of Detail included in the cache.
- Change your caching option to either Cache automatically on the server or Cache manually on the server.
Caution:
Caching on the server will use credits when sharing to ArcGIS Online.

This error indicates that the estimated size of the temporary tile package is greater than the available disk space of your Temp cache location and that your Temp cache location has less than 500 MB of available space. By default, the Temp cache location is C:\Users\USERPROFILE\AppData\Local\ESRI\ArcGISPro\Staging\SharingProcesses.
