You are sharing a web feature layer that contains multiple network layers. Only one network can be shared in a web feature layer.
When sharing the following dataset types, the dataset can only be referenced by one layer:
- Trace network
- Utility network
Solution
Remove layers so that only one network layer is present.
Hover over the analyzer message. Click the Options button 
that appears and click Select Layer In The Contents Pane. Right-click the selected layer, and click Remove 
.
