You are sharing a feature layer with the Version Management capability enabled, but editing is disabled. To use the version management capability, editing must be enabled.
Solution
- In the Share As Web Layer pane, on the Configuration tab, click Configure Web Layer Properties
next to Feature. Under Operations, check the Enable editing and allow editors to check box to enable web feature layer editing. Choose which editing operations are permitted:- Add
- Delete
- Update
