The parcel fabric in the map has a feature classes with invisible system fields.
Solutions
Do the following:
In the Contents pane, right-click the parcel fabric feature class, point to Data Design, and click Fields. Ensure all parcel fabric system-added fields are visible. The Visible property of system-added fields should be checked on. You may have to do this for multiple parcel fabric feature classes.
