A layer associated with the parcel fabric is not present in the map. The parcel fabric layer and all its associated layers must be present in the map when its published as a web feature layer.
Solutions
Do one of the following:
- Add the missing layer to the map.
- To ensure that the parcel fabric and all its associated layers are added to the map, right-click the parcel fabric dataset in the Catalog pane, point to Add To New and click Map.
