The map contains a parcel fabric with a version that is not compatible with the release of ArcGIS Enterprise.
Solutions
Do one the following:
- Upgrade the parcel fabric to a version that is compatible with the release of ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Install a release of ArcGIS Enterprise that is compatible with the version of your parcel fabric.
