You are sharing an oriented imagery layer as a web feature layer. The dataset contains data references to items that are not supported. Your oriented imagery layer can only reference images that are web accessible; locally stored images are not supported.
Solutions
Do one of the following:
- Remove records with references to unsupported items.
Hover over the analyzer message. Click the Options button
that appears and click Select Layer In The Contents Pane. Right-click the layer in the Contents pane and click Attribute Table 
. Select the records containing the reference to the unsupported item and click Delete Selection 
. - Create a new oriented imagery layer that references images that are web accessible. For more information, see Create Oriented Imagery Dataset.
