You are sharing a catalog layer as a map image layer with an associated web feature layer. Map image layers do not draw catalog layers that reference portal items. It is recommended that you use the web feature layer to view the catalog layer.
The <value> parameter is either map image layers or map services.
Solutions
Do nothing. Use the associated web feature layer to work with the catalog layer instead.
