Description
Reverse geocoding on a feature class using the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service requires an ArcGIS Online subscription, as well as enough credits to complete the reverse geocoding process.
Solution
Obtain a subscription and sign in to ArcGIS Online. If you don't already have an account with a subscription, you can sign up for one or get a free trial subscription.
