Description
One or more Indoors launch actions is disconnected and is missing at least one configured target category or layer. Disconnected launch actions are labeled with a red exclamation point 
in the Configure Indoors Launch Actions pane.
Solution
To include the disconnected launch action in the map, repair the target for the disconnected launch action or if you no longer need the disconnected launch action, remove it from the Configure Indoors Launch Actions pane.
