Description
The value specified for the parameter is outside of the input data range.
For example, if all elevation values for the input features are between 100 and 200 meters, a Minimum elevation parameter value of 300 would be invalid. Similarly, if the range of dates in the input data is from January 1, 2023 to July 1, 2023, setting a Start time of August 1, 2023, or an End time of January 1, 2022 would be invalid.
Solution
Specify elevation or time values that are within the range of values of the input data.
