Description
The Find Closest among All Classes parameter in the Add Locations and Calculate Locations tools is deprecated and maintained for backward compatibility only. When inputs are located on the network, the closest valid network location will be used without regard for the order in which network sources are passed to the tool inputs.
Solution
Do not use this deprecated parameter.
