080189: Cannot load profile.


Selected profile either does not exist or is corrupted.


To verify the profile exists, browse to the My Output Data folder and select your current project and then browse to the following path: ...\Segmentation\Profiles. If your profile name is listed, open the folder with your profile name and verify the following files exist in the folder:

  • metadata.xml
  • Profile.xml
If your profile name does not exist, the profile was either moved or deleted and you need to re-create the profile.
