Description
A value that cannot be parsed into a valid date or date and time was provided. The valid format is determined by your computer's regional time settings.
Solution
If only a time value was provided, change it to include both a date and a time (or only a date ). If you are not sure of the correct format, run the tool from the UI to see how the date and time you select is formatted.
