The spatial reference of your web scene or web scene layer is unsupported. Unsupported spatial references include all custom XY and Z coordinate systems. Modifying any portion of a projection makes it custom. In a local scene, geographic coordinate systems are not supported. In a global scene, China Geodetic Coordinate System 2000 is not supported when sharing a web scene to ArcGIS Enterprise.
Solution
Change the spatial reference of your scene to a supported coordinate system that has a Well Known ID.
