SetExpirationMaxAge Method (RealtimeFeatureClass)

The System.TimeSpan indicating features older than this value will be removed.
Sets the expiration maximum age for features. This method must be called on the MCT. Use QueuedTask.Run.

Parameters

expirationMaxAge
The System.TimeSpan indicating features older than this value will be removed.
Exceptions

This method or property must be called within the lambda passed to QueuedTask.Run.
Remarks

You need to set SetExpirationMethod to RowExpirationMethod.MaxAge to get that in effect.

When RealtimeFeatureClassDefinition.HasTrackIDField is true, it represents maximum age within each track. Previous observations that are older than the maximum expiration age comparing to the latest observation in the same track, will be removed.

When RealtimeFeatureClassDefinition.HasTrackIDField is false, features older than the maximum expiration age, comparing to the current time, will get removed.

If you don't want any features removed, set this value to 0.
