GetExtent Method (FeatureClassDefinition)

ArcGIS.Core.Data Namespace > FeatureClassDefinition Class : GetExtent Method
Gets an ArcGIS.Core.Geometry.Envelope representing the maximum extent of the data that has been stored in the FeatureClass. This method must be called on the MCT. Use QueuedTask.Run.
Syntax
public Envelope GetExtent()
Public Function GetExtent() As Envelope

Return Value

An ArcGIS.Core.Geometry.Envelope representing the maximum extent of the data that has been stored in the FeatureClass.

GeodatabaseException A geodatabase-related exception has occurred.
