Description

Some address locator styles requiring more than one table, such as US Streets with AltName, also require the tables to be in the same geodatabase workspace.

Solution

Select the reference feature class and tables from the same geodatabase workspace. If your tables are in a file folder, import the tables into the same geodatabase before creating the locator.
