Solution
Try using a new output feature class name and ensure that the output feature class resolves to a full path name after you enter it as a tool parameter. If the output feature class exists and you want to overwrite it, turn on the overwrite output option and ensure that the disk is not full and that you have write access to the output feature class workspace.
