Description
When importing associations and a duplicate association exists in the utility network, an error is reported and the import process rolls back. The row number is referenced in the CSV file. See Import network associations.
Solution
Check the CSV to determine if the row referenced is a duplicate, and remove this row before attempting to re-import associations.
