Description

For the tool to include information from the routes.txt file in the output GTFS shapes feature class, the GTFS routes.txt and trips.txt files must exist in the same folder as your input shapes.txt file.

Solution

Ensure that the routes.txt and trips.txt files are present in the same directory as the input shapes.txt file.
