Upgrade a user-schema geodatabase

ArcGIS 10.8.1 and ArcGIS Pro 2.6 are the last software releases from which you can upgrade user-schema geodatabases in Oracle. See the Midyear 2020 deprecation statement for more information.

You can continue to connect to and use the data in existing user-schema geodatabases. However, because user-schema geodatabases are deprecated, with support to end in a future release, you should move data out of user-schema geodatabases as soon as possible. For information about how to move data out of user-schema geodatabases, see Move user-schema geodatabases to stand-alone geodatabases in Oracle.
