Move, rotate, or scale annotation

In the Modify Features pane, Annotation Edit Annotation moves, scales, and rotates an annotation feature by dragging the feature or a selection boundary handle.

This workflow can be useful when your edits don't require a selection anchor for snapping to other features. The annotation selection tool selects only annotation features and excludes other feature types from the selection set.

Note:

To edit annotation features not created with ArcGIS Pro, upgrade the feature class. To learn more, see Upgrade dataset.
