You are sharing a project package that contains one or more failed operations in the geoprocessing history. A project package cannot be created with geoprocessing history items that contain errors.
Solution
Remove the failed geoprocessing history items from the package.
Hover over the analyzer message. Click the Options button
that appears and click Remove Items With Errors.
