You are packaging a map or project that contains a map that has a network dataset layer in the map. The coordinate system of the map is different than the coordinate system of the network dataset.
Solutions
- Change the coordinate system of your map to match the coordinate system of your network dataset. For more information on changing the coordinate system of your map, see Specify a coordinate system.
- Remove the network dataset from the map before packaging.

When maps are packaged, all datasets within the map are projected to match the spatial reference of the map. Projecting a network dataset into a different coordinate system may cause street segments to no longer be spatially coincident, negatively affecting the connectivity of your network elements.
