24110: Custom elevation surfaces are not supported in a web scene. Custom surfaces will be dropped from the web scene.

The web scene specification does not currently support custom elevation surfaces. The ground surface is the only supported surface in a web scene. All other surfaces will be automatically dropped from the web scene.

Solution

Move the elevation source from the custom surface to the ground surface and remove the custom surface.
