GroundToGridScaleType Enumeration

Defines modes for specifying Scale for ground to grid corrections.

ComputeUsingElevation	The scale will be computed using the current Editing ElevationCapturing mode.
ConstantFactor	A constant scale factor will be used to specify scale for ground to grid corrections.
