Initializes a new instance of the PluginDatasourceConnectionPath class.

pluginIdentifier: The identification string of a plug-in data source add-in. This value should match the id attribute in the Config.daml entry for the Plugin Datasource.
datasourcePath: The connection string specifying a third-party data source.

System.ArgumentNullException	datasourcePath is null.
