StartAngle Property (CIMGeometricEffectCircularSector)

ArcGIS.Core.CIM Namespace > CIMGeometricEffectCircularSector Class : StartAngle Property
Gets or sets the start angle of the circular sector. The angle is calculated in a counterclockwise manner with 0 degrees equal to due east.
