Summary

Deletes the spatial index from a shapefile or file geodatabase, mobile geodatabase, or an enterprise geodatabase feature class.

Spatial indexes are used by ArcGIS to quickly locate features that match a spatial query.

Usage

Syntax

arcpy.management.RemoveSpatialIndex(in_features)
