Solution
The Exploratory Regression tool will try all models with all combinations of the Candidate Explanatory Variables provided. The Maximum Number of Explanatory Variables and Minimum Number of Explanatory Variables parameters indicate how many variables each model will include. If you only have three Candidate Explanatory Variables, for example, models cannot include more than three variables. Change the value for the Maximum Number of Explanatory Variables to less than or equal to the total number of Candidate Explanatory Variables checked.
