Description
To use archiving on a dataset, it must first be enabled using the Enable Archiving tool.
Solution
If you wish to enable archiving on this dataset, you may do so from the Enable Archiving tool in the archiving toolset in the Data Management toolbox or by right-clicking the dataset and selecting Enable Archiving.
