The Procedural Runtime has failed to complete the requested action.
- Review the contents of your rule package for inconsistencies.
- Review the log file generated by the tool named PRT#.log:
On Windows XP, log files are written to <Installation drive>:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\ESRI\GeoProcessing.
On Windows Vista and Windows 7, log files are written to <Installation drive>:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\ESRI\GeoProcessing.
