Description
The feature class on which you have tried to enable feature binning already has feature binning enabled.
Solution
Choose a different dataset on which to enable feature binning. To disable feature binning, you can use the Disable Feature Binning tool. To manage the feature bin cache, you can use the Manage Feature Bin Cache tool.
