Description
The Partial Overlapping Edges layout algorithm detects sets of collinear edges or collinear portions of edges (edge segments) that can be considered inside a buffer zone of a given size. In this case, the algorithm detects that the specified buffer width is too large to detect such edges.
Solution
Decrease the Buffer Width parameter value and rerun the tool.
