Description
A record in the reference data that has a field mapped to a required locator role field contains an empty value. Records with empty values for required locator role fields are skipped by the Create Locator tool or Create Feature Locator tool when building a locator. When the record with the empty value is skipped, it is not used for search with the locator that is created.
Solution
Do nothing if leaving the value in the mapped field empty is appropriate, or modify the record in the reference data so that the value is not empty.
