Description
When the geoprocessing environment setting Preserve Global IDs is set to true, the GlobalID field in the target dataset must have a unique attribute index.
Solution
If you don't want to preserve the GlobalIDs, change the Preserve Global IDs geoprocessing environment setting to false.
If you want to preserve GlobalIDs, use Add Attribute Index to create a unique index on the GlobalID field in the target dataset.
