Description

This error can arise from the following cases:

1. The input network dataset does not support turns.
2. There are no turn feature classes defined for the network dataset.

Solution

1. The ability to model turns has not been specified while creating the network dataset. To support turns, the existing network dataset must be deleted and re-created with the ability to model turns.
2. Add the existing or newly created turn feature classes as turn sources for the network dataset and rebuild the network.
