Description
The requested operation failed as the input network analysis layer does not support the ability to create traversal result.
Solution
Re-create the network analysis layer such that it supports the ability to create traversal results. This can be accomplished by using one of geoprocessing tools that create a new network analysis layer such as MakeRouteLayer tool.
