030097: <value> is not valid when using hierarchy.

Description

The specified parameter value is not a valid option when creating a new service area network analysis layer that has the value USE_HIERARCHY for the hierarchy parameter.

Solution

The following options are not supported with some of the parameters when creating a new service area network analysis layer that uses hierarchy.

• The line_type parameter does not support TRUE_LINES and TRUE_LINES_WITH_MEASURES options.
• The polygon_type parameter does not support DETAILED_POLYS option.
• The polygon_trim parameter does not support TRIM_POLYS option.

So use a value of NO_HIERARCHY for the hierarchy parameter or do not use these options when using the MakeServiceAreaLayer function.
