Description
When the option to reorder the stops to find the optimal route is selected along with the option to return to the starting stop on a route, the tool can only preserve the first stop in order to provide an optimal route. If this is not enforced, the tool might end up providing a sub-optimal route.
Solution
Do not select the option to start and end the routes at the same location or select the option to only preserve the first stop on a route.
