Description
If the measurement units are time-based, the impedance attribute specified as part of the travel mode must have time-based units. If the measurement units are distance-based, the impedance attribute specified as part of the travel mode must have distance-based units. For example, specifying measurement units as Miles and the travel mode as Driving Time will result in this error.
Solution
Rerun the analysis with the correct combination of the measurement units and the travel mode.
