ArcGIS Pro has many options that can be set either for the current project or for the application. There are two ways to access these options:
- From an open project, click the Project tab on the ribbon. In the list on the left, click Options.
- From the ArcGIS Pro start page, click Settings in the lower left corner. In the list on the left, click Options.
On the Options dialog box, click the type of option you want to set. For example, under the Application heading, click Navigation to set navigation options.
Each type of option has a help topic link at the bottom. Some of these help topics appear in the Get Started section of the help system. Others appear in sections with thematically related topics. For example, the Navigation options topic appears in the Maps and scenes section with other topics related to navigation methods.
Note:
If you access the options from the start page, current settings for the project are disabled because there is no open project.
