When packaging a map that contains a vector tile package, the map must have the same spatial reference as the vector tile package. The vector tile package will be indicated by the value parameter.
Solutions
- Change the spatial reference of the map to match the spatial reference of the vector tile package. For more information, see Specify a coordinate system.
- Alternatively, if the vector tile package is not required, remove it from the map.
