The Esri model definition file (.emd) is corrupt or formatted incorrectly and cannot be read successfully. The file should contain model definition parameters that are required to run the inference tools, along with optional parameters for further model specification, and it must have an .emd extension.
Solution
Ensure the .emd file contains the required parameters and is formatted correctly.
