MoveReportSectionElement Method

Moves the report section element to new index location. This method must be called on the MCT. Use QueuedTask.Run.

Exception	Description
ArcGIS.Core.CalledOnWrongThreadException	This method or property must be called within the lambda passed to QueuedTask.Run.
System.ArgumentException	The section must be a report section or supplemental page section.
