Gets whether this EditingTemplate's Attributes pass the Layer's DefinitionQuery.

Remarks

If the Attributes that are contained within the ArcGIS.Desktop.Editing.Attributes.Inspector do not pass the layer's definition query then the CreateFeatures and ManageTemplates DockPanes will display a badge to indicate this.
