Description
To work with a trace network in an enterprise geodatabase, the portal account must be licensed with the ArcGIS Trace Network user type extension.
Solution
Have your ArcGIS Enterprise portal administrator review the license for the current user account. Changes will need to be made to the user type, or an add-on license can be configured.
